Four Italian artists from Trieste are exhibiting their Joyce and Trieste influenced artworks.
Artist number three, Annalisa Metus
Born in Trieste in 1978, Annalisa can’t remember a time in her childhood not drawing or messing with pencils and paper. She studied architecture and graduated at the Trieste Conservatory in singing and electronic music. She lives near Trieste with her husband and two children. She cuts paper to tell stories.
Annalisa made an accordion-fold paper cut, hand-drawn illustration of James Joyce’s short-story “The Cat and The Devil”
